Hi! I’m Jessie Rogers

Owner and Speech Therapist

I am a neurodiversity-affirming Speech-Language Pathologist with a deep passion for helping every child find their voice and develop meaningful ways to communicate. At Roots of Communication Speech Therapy, I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to express themselves and that achieving this requires a collaborative, team-based approach. My therapy model is rooted in the idea that focusing on each child's strengths, individuality, and interests is key to empowering them to share their thoughts and ideas with the world.

After spending six years working in a school setting, I realized it was time to bring my expertise in speech and language development, neurodiversity, literacy, cognition, and social language into a therapy framework that nurtures children to be their authentic selves. By incorporating play and natural settings into therapy, I strive to create an environment where children can thrive, grow, and ultimately bloom into confident communicators.
